Marvin Wanders is the co-owner of Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions, LLC with his wife Michelle. Marvin is the “big picture” leader of Three Sixty. He leads the team members, makes connections and works behind the scenes of every project. He believes that each potential development must qualify with four steps of positively impacting the team members, the customer, the neighborhood and the community before he moves forward on the project. Marvin is a passionate outdoor recreation enthusiast and a founding member of Outdoor Recreation Alliance (OAR) and the Character Lives initiative in our CESA 4 high schools. He also serves on many community committees and non-profit boards.
Michelle Wanders is the co-owner of Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions, LLC with her husband Marvin. Michelle works in the design of new properties, newly acquired assets and rehabilitation of historical tax credit projects. She works closely with contractors and builders to assist in the planning and design of the projects. She has a flair for looking at an empty shell and turning it into a beautifully designed residence. She also takes old, lifeless historical buildings and tastefully breathes new life into them while staying true to the historical significance of the building. Michelle is dedicated to her family and her community. She is an active member and leader on various committees that help make our community a stronger, more positive place to live. She is also a very determined individual; as evident by her Boston Marathon race she has under her feet.
Jeremy is the Director of Operations at Three Sixty and a member of the leadership team. He’s been with Three Sixty since 2005 and is directly responsible for the day-to-day oversight of our commercial, multi family, student housing and industrial properties. When Jeremy is away from the office, he enjoys life with his wife Courtney and their 3 children.
Louise joined the Three Sixty team in July of 2007 with over 30 years of experience as an accounting professional. Louise is the HR department and runs the accounting department for Three Sixty. Basically, she is the glue that holds Three Sixty together. One of Louise’s favorite aspects of working with Three Sixty is working on development projects that have a positive impact on the community. In her free time, she loves taking long, country walks with her husband, fishing, hunting, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Linda works to maintain the quality image of Three Sixty Real Estate for the La Crosse properties. She enjoys the warm and upbeat work environment of Three Sixty and appreciates everyone's concept of teamwork. On her personal time, Linda likes to "dabble" in small town government in the Town of Medary and enjoys traveling, hiking and spending as much time as possible on the Mississippi with her husband and their two adult children.
Michelle designs and implements comprehensive marketing materials for the residential, commercial, and developmental aspects of Three Sixty. She also creates awareness of Three Sixty through promotions, their online presence, and advertising. Michelle appreciates how Three Sixty takes to heart the importance of serving the community and feels the culture of Three Sixty is a unique and outstanding aspect. Michelle enjoys hanging out with her husband and their girls; wherever and whenever they can. She also appreciates spending time at their cottage and singing with her band, Audio Jack.
Elaine is our commercial leasing property manager who enjoys the team spirit that Three Sixty shares. If there is a committee out there, you can bet that Elaine has been on it! She is currently a member of the Northside Business Association, La Crosse Chamber of Commerce, Rotary East of La Crosse, City of La Crosse Planning Commission, Community Development Committee, and Highway 53 Steering Committee just to name a few. In her spare time, she and her husband bring Christmas cheer to the La Crosse community as Mr. & Mrs. Claus! It's no wonder that one of her favorite quotes is, “Never be afraid to try.”
Brent joins Three Sixty with years of experience working as a maintenance supervisor for two very large housing compleses. As the Onalaska Property Manager, Brent maintains both the residential and commercial properties by turning apartments, completing all maintenance requests, and offering the upmost respect to our residents. Brent is a big family man and enjoys spending time with his granddaughters. You can also find him fishing, smoking meats or watching documentaries or the history channel. With family being his top priority, he appreciates the family environment Three Sixty shares with each other.
Mary came to Three Sixty in August of 2017 and has been in property management since 2012, where she got her start in Madison, WI. She loves working at Three Sixty because of her coworkers and the customers she meets along the way. Mary meets most of our tenants when she helps them sign their leases and continues as their main liaison, sharing important notices and information throughout their leasing time with us. When Mary isn't communicating with our tenants via phone, notices, and letters, she is also keeping things organized with her data entry skills. Mary is a a fiber artist! She knits, crochets and spins yarn into stylish (& warm) pieces of art to wear! She's even a member of the Three Rivers Spinning and Weaving Guild. When she's not working with yarn, she's working with Kettlebells at Journey Active's studio or spending time with her husband and their dog.
Norma is usually out and about representing Three Sixty while showing the apartments to potential tenants. She loves this part of her job because she loves building relationships and appreciates the flexibility and variety of tasks she does. Our student tenants love Norma and rightly so! She is warm, loving and tons of fun. She offers an honest approach and is filled with common sense and compassion. In Norma's spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and grandchildren. She also volunteers at her church and her grandchildren's schools. People know that if Norma is there, a great story and a good time will shortly follow!
Emily is the voice you hear on the phone and the smile that greets you at the front desk. She came to Three Sixty with 5 years of property management experience under her belt. She enjoys the camaraderie within the office and working with our tenants. When not in the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dogs.
Julia is an important part of our team at Three Sixty because she keeps everything looking and smelling great. If you have a stain you can't get out, she's the one to call! Julia loves the family environment of Three Sixty and is proud of Three Sixty's community involvement but it's Julia's contagious smile, quick wit and great one-liners that brightens everyone else's day when they're around her. Julia enjoys cooking, gardening and gaming when she's not busy as part of our maintenance team.

Jim is always ready to answer a call, fix a problem, and go above and beyond. As our maintenance technician, his willingness to always go the extra mile shows in his quality of work and great attitude. He covers issues that arise in our residential and commercial properties and can fix just about anything! Jim enjoys working for our family-oriented business, where he feels like he is treated like a person and not just a number. On his free time, Jim enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and camping.
"Fall down seven times, stand up eight!" Lloyd assists with all aspects of maintenance and cleaning for Three Sixty. He loves being a part of the Three Sixty team because of our culture and emphasis on forward-thinking. He also appreciates the emphasis put on personal growth and development through servant leadership. Lloyd is a member of USA Wrestling, Iron Works Training Center and English Lutheran Church.. He keeps himself busy with mixed martial arts, wrestling, hiking, arts & crafts, reading, and especially family time.

Michelle takes great pride in managing the historical property and assisting the residents with any questions or concerns that may arise. She has enjoyed being a member of the Downtown Marinette Action Group (DMAG) because they are all about enhancing life in an older downtown area. She enjoys holding down the fort in Marinette and being part of the Three Sixty family because of the support they offer her. During the months that allow outdoor activities, you'll find Michelle taking nice long walks or riding her bike. During the cold winter months, she loves doing puzzles.
