As one of the La Crosse property managers, Kelly focuses on the day-to-day operations of our campus and Canterbury properties, taking care of the leasing, tenant relations and overseeing that the properties are well-managed and maintained. She is passionate about real estate and appreciates being a part of the Three Sixty team that interacts as one large family. In her personal time, Kelly loves being active outside and spending time with her family. She is currently a member of the IREM Wisconsin Chapter.
Michael has worked in real estate for over eight years and loves how every day is different. He enjoys the dedicated team at Three Sixty, where everyone stays positive and receptive to changes. Michael joined Three Sixty, working at the Great River Residences in Onalaska and now works out of the River Falls office, managing Milltown Residences and Falls Apartments. Michael is passionate about building positive relationships based on communication and honesty. He learned a lot of his skills from his dad (shout out to Ken Hanson!) who could empathize and connect with total strangers! SJ is the property manager for the Onalaska properties. She loves working with her residents and the Three Sixty team because she feels like she can do so much and be herself! SJ is entertaining! She has a huge heart and fills it by making those around her feel great. Her goal is never accomplished until everyone's smiling. She volunteers at Clearwater Farms and Cub Scouts with her son, and is a member of the YP Coulee Region, the Onalaska Lions Club and OABA. SJ loves being active at Crossfit or relaxing with a good book. She pretty much lives by her favorite quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson, "Be Silly, Be Honest. Be Kind."
Jean does a great job managing The Hub on 6th and the other downtown La Crosse properties. When she is not taking care of current tenants and making them feel welcome, she is busy showing apartments and taking care of the grounds. What you may not know about Jean, is that this girl can has an amazing green thumb! Gardening is her passion and it shows! You won't find Jean hanging out in front of the TV; she loves the outdoors and all that comes with it. Jean thinks this position is perfect for her because it offers her a variety of duties and responsibilities and she learns something new every day!
Michelle enjoys holding down the fort in Marinette, WI and appreciates the maintenance team who helps her with this important task. She takes great pride in managing the beautiful, historical property on Dunlap Square and loves assisting the residents there. She says she loves the Three Sixty family atmosphere and the support she feels - even across the state. Michelle enjoys being a member of the Downtown Marinette Action Group (DMAG) because they are all about enhancing life in an older downtown area. When the weather cooperates, you'll find Michelle taking nice, long walks or riding her bike, but on those colder days, she'll stick to puzzles! Michelle's favorite quote comes from Jimmy Dean, "I can't change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination."
Elaine is our commercial leasing property manager who enjoys the team spirit that Three Sixty shares. If there is a committee out there, you can bet that Elaine has been on it! She is currently a member of the Northside Business Association, La Crosse Chamber of Commerce, Rotary East of La Crosse, City of La Crosse Planning Commission, Community Development Committee, and Highway 53 Steering Committee just to name a few. In her spare time, she and her husband bring Christmas cheer to the La Crosse community as Mr. & Mrs. Claus! It's no wonder that one of her favorite quotes is, “Never be afraid to try.”

Jim is always ready to answer a call, fix a problem, and go above and beyond. As our maintenance technician, his willingness to always go the extra mile shows in his quality of work and great attitude. He covers issues that arise in our residential and commercial properties and can fix just about anything! Jim enjoys working for our family-oriented business, where he feels like he is treated like a person and not just a number. On his free time, Jim enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and camping.
Brian is a member of our team in Marinette, WI, where he leads the maintenance in the buildings and grounds for the Dunlap Square properties. Brian moved over to our team after retiring as a mason superintendent of 43 years. He has built schools, hospitals, prisons, nuclear power plants and paper mills, and has done quite a few restorations on the side. Brian’s skills have come in handy more than once while working on our properties! Brian says he enjoys the family atmosphere that is shared throughout Three Sixty and loves his boss. He’s actually not kidding about loving his boss; his boss is his wife!
We love to laugh at Three Sixty and Julia is always there to help get the job done. Basically, if Julia's around, there's fun to be found! Julia says she loves the family environment we have at Three Sixty and is proud of our community involvement, but honestly, Julia is a big part of the great culture we have here. We can't help but to love her quick wit, great one-liners, and honest approach to life! Julia works hard to keep our La Crosse properties clean and looking great and has skills of getting out tough stains. Julia loves decorating her home and is quite the gamer, so watch out if you come across her online!
Meet Mr. Fix It! Jonathan loves to problem solve and fix things, which makes Three Sixty fortunate because he is part of our maintenance team in La Crosse! Jonathan loves to learn on a daily basis and says this position is perfect for him because he is always learning and using problem-solving skills throughout the day. Jonathan has a hearty, infectious laugh that makes everyone around him laugh along! This guy is a foodie and willing to try almost anything. He is passionate about real estate and self improvement, but let's be honest - we improved when he came on board!
Danny is part of the team that cares for The Hub on 6th. You will find her sparkling up the place while she chats with the residents. She loves her work at The Hub because she gets to meet so many new people. She also says cleaning the four floors gives her quite the workout! Having grown up in our driftless region, Danny believes there is no better way to spend a weekend than on the Mississippi! When Danny isn’t helping care for The Hub, you’ll find her lending a helping hand where ever it is needed or being artistic in some form or other. It’s fun to have this upbeat and energetic girl as part of our team!

Scott is part of the cleaning crew at our Marinette properties. He enjoys the autonomy and flexibility that comes with his position while he keeps the properties clean and well-kept. Rumor has it Scott is quite the cribbage player and not too bad at the game of Smear, either! He enjoys playing these games with his wife and family but when he’s not doing that, he’s planning his next traveling adventure!
"Fall down seven times, stand up eight!" Lloyd assists with all aspects of maintenance and cleaning for Three Sixty. He loves being a part of the Three Sixty team because of our culture and emphasis on forward-thinking. He also appreciates the emphasis put on personal growth and development through servant leadership. Lloyd is a member of USA Wrestling, Iron Works Training Center and English Lutheran Church.. He keeps himself busy with mixed martial arts, wrestling, hiking, arts & crafts, reading, and especially family time.
Sarah is part of the Onalaska maintenance team where she works alongside SJ. She loves the fact that she is part of a growing company that focuses on positively impacting the community. Sarah has a contagious smile and you can't help but to smile when you are around her. Sarah loves boating, hiking, and even fishing. Check with her for a great "the fish was THIS big" story the next time you see her! You will find Sarah playing a heated board game with her friends when she's not hanging with her family or taking a nice hike.
Tony loves being part of the Three Sixty team because they are family-based and a family-oriented company. He is part of the maintenance team that keeps things running in top form at the commercial and residential properties in Marinette. Tony has lived in the Marinette area his entire life and loves spending time in the beautiful outdoors of the region. On his personal time, you’ll find Tony in the outdoors, hanging out with his friends and family.
Nat is a member of the Maintenance Team and focuses mainly on the Onalaska properties. He says he enjoys working at Three Sixty because it allows him to be outside and do a variety of work to help our tenants. He appreciates how Three Sixty offers the tools and training to improve each day in both his work and personal life. Nat loves being a dad to his four wonderful children. They are very active in sports and keep him busy as their #1 fan! When he's not cheering on his kids, he's cheering on the Melrose/Mindoro Varsity Baseball team where he is head coach. And, after all of that, he still finds time to cheer on his favorite professional teams; the Mets and the Broncos. We're fortunate to have Nat with us because he is all about playing and working as part of a team!
Mary is part of our accounting team that keeps things moving smoothly for our ever-growing company. She finds her position very challenging but likes the constant fast-paced, mental push she receives from the numerical equations. Mary has a great laugh and she loves using it! She is great at finding joy in the smaller things in life and brings that joy to those around her. Mary, like the rest of our Three Sixty team, loves the outdoors. She loves traveling around, enjoying the beauty of our area on her motorcycle. When she's not riding her bike, you'll find her enjoying her time with her family. When she's feeling a little more in the mood to relax, you'll find her with a good book or being creative with a paint brush.
Lisa maintains the daily tenants accounting procedures and handles the financial process of tenant move-outs. She enjoys chatting with our tenants and interacting with other members of her team. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys the lost of of knitting, traveling and spending time with her daughters. Lisa has had the privilege of living in many different places and developing lifelong friendships wherever she has lived. She enjoys traveling to visit her friends to reconnect and just recently traveled to Alaska where she previously lived.
Michelle designs and implements comprehensive marketing materials for the operational department of Three Sixty. She also creates awareness of Three Sixty through promotions, their online presence, and advertising. Michelle appreciates how Three Sixty takes to heart the importance of serving the community and feels the culture of Three Sixty is a unique and outstanding aspect. Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and appreciates the time they can spend with their adult daughters; wherever and whenever they can. Her favorite day would be laughing with her family and good friends at their family cottage.
Jeremy works with the acquisitions and developments at Three Sixty as the Development Specialist. He began his career with Three Sixty in 2005, working in all facets of real estate, including office space, governmental, retail and industrial leasing. He currently holds his real estate broker license for both Wisconsin and Minnesota. When Jeremy is away from the office, he enjoys an active life as an outdoor enthusiast. He has taken part in various marathons and enjoys skiing on both water and the slopes. Jeremy shares his passion for an active life with his family and enjoys taking action-packed family vacations with his wife Courtney and their three children. Jeremy lives a disciplined and health-focused lifestyle, but admits to one weakness...chocolate!
Louise joined the Three Sixty team in July of 2007 with over 30 years of experience as an accounting professional. Louise is the HR department and runs the accounting department for Three Sixty. Basically, she is the glue that holds Three Sixty together. One of Louise’s favorite aspects of working with Three Sixty is working on development projects that have a positive impact on the community. In her free time, she loves taking long, country walks with her husband, fishing, hunting, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Linda works to develop and maintain process and efficiencies within the day-to-day operations of Three Sixty, and assists with building a cohesive team culture. On her personal time, Linda likes to "dabble" in small town government, as a current board member for the Town of Medary. She also enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time on the Mississippi with her husband and their two adult children.
Marvin Wanders is the co-owner of Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions, LLC with his wife Michelle. Marvin is the “big picture” leader of Three Sixty. He leads the team members, makes connections and works behind the scenes of every project. He believes that each potential development must qualify with four steps of positively impacting the team members, the customer, the neighborhood and the community before he moves forward on the project. Marvin is a passionate outdoor recreation enthusiast and a founding member of Outdoor Recreation Alliance (OAR) and the Character Lives initiative in our CESA 4 high schools. He also serves on many community committees and non-profit boards.
Michelle Wanders is the co-owner of Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions, LLC with her husband Marvin. Michelle works in the design of new properties, newly acquired assets and rehabilitation of historical tax credit projects. She works closely with contractors and builders to assist in the planning and design of the projects. She has a flair for looking at an empty shell and turning it into a beautifully designed residence. She also takes old, lifeless historical buildings and tastefully breathes new life into them while staying true to the historical significance of the building. Michelle is dedicated to her family and her community. She is an active member and leader on various committees that help make our community a stronger, more positive place to live.
