To find the future availability of an apartment, check our website, where we list units as soon as they become available. We update availability details no sooner than 60 days before the unit's availability date. For the most current information, keep an eye on our < or contact our office directly.
To find the price of an apartment, you can start on our website under our property listings. Some properties list a range of prices. For a specific unit, you can call the property manager directly. They will provide you with detailed pricing based on the specific unit you're interested in, including any available amenities and current promotions. For the quickest response, have the unit details ready when you call. Please note: Rent amounts listed on our site vary based on lease length and terms. Additional fees may apply. Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time.
To schedule a tour, first, fill out our free application form available on our website. After we review and approve your application, our property manager will call you to arrange a convenient time for your visit. You’ll receive a confirmation with tour details and can look forward to exploring our community with us!
You can apply for free online through our website by visiting the Residential Properties and selecting the property you are interested in. Select the apartment and visit the floor plans page. Click the “Select Unit” button. Click the “Apply Now” button and follow the prompts to create a RentCafé account and complete the application process.
Maintenance requests can be submitted through our online portal, RentCafé Resident Portal. We strive to address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
For emergency maintenance issues outside of regular office hours, please call us at 608-782-7368. The on-call prompts the on-call staff person. Our team is available 24/7 to assist with emergency matters.
Rent payments can be made online through our secure tenant portal or in person at our office. The following payment methods are accepted: Via the RentCafé Resident Portal (ACH Debit, or Credit Card). In-person payment: Must be debit card or credit card. No cash or checks accepted.
Pet policies vary by property. Some properties may allow pets with certain restrictions and fees, while others may not. Please refer to the specific property listing or your property manager for details. A pet policy is necessary for acceptance of pets.
You will receive a lease renewal notice before your current lease expires. You can renew your lease online through our portal or by contacting your property manager to discuss your options.
If you need to terminate your lease early, please contact our property manager to discuss your options. The Three Sixty lease is binding and cannot be broken but we do offer a permission to re-rent. If you cannot continue living at your current residence, we do allow subletting and will work with you to re-rent your place. Please call your property manager as soon as possible for information on re-renting and realize you are responsible for your monthly rent until either your lease is up or you re-rent.
