The easiest way to apply is by using our online services through Rentcafe.com. Create an account, search for the property, apply for the available unit of your choice.
Pay with a personal check, money order, check card or cashier’s check in the office. We also accept cash! Pay your rent online through Rent Cafe. The link is located on our website.
Pets are allowed at some of our locations. Look at the listings of our properties for those that are pet-friendly. A pet policy is necessary for acceptance of pets.
Three Sixty's insurance carrier does not cover your personal belongings. We suggest getting renter’s insurance for this reason. It is generally inexpensive and will cover your personal belongings if something were to happen.
The Three Sixty lease is binding and cannot be broken but we do offer a permission to re-rent. If you cannot continue living at your current residence, we do allow subletting and will work with you to re-rent your place. Please call the leasing office as soon as possible for information on re-letting and realize you are responsible for your monthly rent until either your lease is up or you re-rent.
If you need maintenance, simply go to your resident portal on our website and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call or stop by the front desk. Our maintenance staff will respond to your student's maintenance issues quickly and professionally. If it is an emergency, please call the emergency service team number at (608) 317-4067.
We have a Leasing Office and on site Leasing Staff, along with our Maintenance Staff to answer questions Monday thru Friday, from 8:30 am – 5 pm at 1243 Badger St., La Crosse, WI. Our Service Team is on call 24/7 for emergencies.
All Three Sixty properties are completely smoke-free. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of roommates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.
We would strongly suggest discussing apartment etiquette and expectations as well as how to split additional fees that are not associated with your lease. Open communication in person from day one is the best policy.
